Sarah has extensive knowledge as a residential and small commercial specialist focused in the areas of relocation, asset accumulation and first-time real estate investment. Sarah's professional leadership and business acumen will bring any real estate dream to life.

Sarah's passion and knowledge led her to be a founding partner in her first firm at the age of 24, where she was instrumental in the management, development and growth of the company.

In 2008, Sarah formed SARAH DICKINSON, a first-of-its-kind real estate brokerage focused strictly on the needs of her clients. Today, Sarah proudly represents clients from Lake Michigan to the Mississippi River with the utmost care for their investments.

Sarah is an accomplished relocation specialist, who brings a wealth of experience and innovation to her business. Her impressive record and reputation in the industry is well recognized, as well as her in-depth understanding of the entire state of Illinois - especially Chicagoland and Northwest Illinois.

Sarah continually places key clients in sought-after communities throughout the state. After recognizing a need in Northwest Illinois for cutting-edge real estate marketing, Sarah expanded her office to include the historic and scenic counties of Northwest Illinois. Sarah is highly visibile and respected in Galena, the Galena Territory and surrounding communities.

In 2011, Sarah Dickinson added Iowa to her area of expertise and is now a licensed real estate broker in Iowa. Sarah brings a wealth of knowledge to the Dubuque, Iowa home buying real estate market as well as in depth experience working with those relocating to Dubuque, or looking for investment property, a restaurant or bed and breakfast in Northeast Iowa.

Sarah received her Bachelor of Arts and Sciences from the University of Illinois at Chicago with honors and constantly increases her knowledge of real estate planning issues throughout the industry. Sarah, her husband, and daughter share their time between Dubuque, IA, Chicago and Galena, IL.
